So you've found something you love and need to have it- understandable here's the info of how your items can get to you!

I am located in Australia, the rural part of the Sunshine Coast I do NOT offer pickup as I'm antisocial and love it :)

All my items are send via Australia Post with tracking!

Fursuit heads / partials are -$70

Plushies / medium parts - $30

Everything else -$16

Fursuit Heads, and Plushies are all send via express post, with tracking and insurance to the actual item's value- no undercutting, hence why the post is the price it is!

Fursuits are packaged in a super awesome way - a pink garbage bag. Yes that's right your new suit is in a garbage bag, that's tied up tightly.

This is done to prevent any sticky tape and the box from actually touching your new precious suit. the head is then placed into a nest of bubble wrap and stuffed tightly with paper packaging to keep them from attacking the sides of the box and making them sit still - No heads rolling around here!

For BOTH international and orders within Australia this information below is very important!

-All orders over $100 have added insurance onto them at the post office, this ensures if for some reason the parcel gets lost during transit the post office will REFUND me the items value- this then gets refunded to you, I will loose money on the materials, time and my creation to the void.

If your item does vanish, you will be refunded the item's price NOT the postage costs and I dont get this money back at all just the item's value, so please aware this is NOT in my control if this situation happens (in saying this I've sent parcels out for a very long time within my business and thousands in the family business and have not had anything go missing!)

Shipping arrival time?

Well that's actually the best part... around 5 days.

It's faster for me to send a parcel to the US then send one to the other side of Australia, (Crazy right!)

Any additional fee's once the parcel has arrived in the USA is your responsibility

Postage Insurance-

I ensure all my parcels to the FULL amount. $1500 suit is insured for $1500.

This means if somehow the parcel is lost (rare) and deemed completely vanished into the void - Australia post refunds me the insured value- I then refund you this amount, what happens in this case? Well I loose out on a lot of money, and the suit won’t be remade- as I only order enough materials for each suit.

Parcels arriving damaged-

I have never had this happen before- I’ve been sending parcels since 2020 for all sorts of things and never had a damaged or lost item yet. If the suit arrives damaged- I need proof of this and you can send it back for repair.

Most of my parcels - arrive within 1-3 days thanks to express post, you will have the tracking number provided once I’ve posted them- I also have a copy of this and will track your suit too!

Postage & Unboxing

I highly recommend you record opening your suit- in case of damages I can fully see if you caused damage to the suit- (which I will not repair.) or if the post office damaged it-

If the box arrives damaged- DO NOT OPEN IT. Immediately contact me, if the box is badly damaged I’ll ask you to send it back so I can access the damage/s

if you don’t record unboxing your suit and there somehow is damage -
I will not repair this - as you may have done this.
