Rules for commissions

NO MINORS. I do NOT work with children or anyone 18 and under.
My plushies are collectable art for ADULTS only not children, they are NOT toys.
I am an adult and refuse to speak online with minors

Racial / explicit symbols- shouldn’t need to explain this but anything that comes off offensive I refuse to support or create

I can’t believe I have to write this- NO AI SLOP. If I get an image that’s ai created you will be blacklisted- not everyone can draw or make fursuits this is why we commission human artists - no ai slop that is lifeless

NSFW - Plush Clothing - Mini or small sized Plushies

Characters you don’t own, if you send a photo of “Spyro” - that is a character you do not have the rights to use, now fan made suits are a thing of course however certain companies can indeed have lawsuits against using their characters

Firstly the very important stuff-

All prices are in AUD

No minors.

I only create plushies intended for adults only

They are NOT toys- they are plush artwork

Fursuit head shipping is tracked, fully insured, sign on delivery and express posted at $30 per head.

Delivery is NOT included in your base price.

No international postage (sorry the tariffs have killed my business to international fans)

Additional add on costs for more complex / larger features will apply

All anthro plushies will have rotating arms- unless you ask for them to be non moving

All plushies include embroidery, for the eyes, paws and hooves

Fursona markings-

Please keep in mind some patterns have a a very slim body - which means certain patterns/ markings literally can't fit on the plush- very intense markings such as full body stripes is something I do not offer at all- for my sanity - no tigers please!

If you sona has quite a lot of marking's I'll try my very best to get them in, if you have a custom cutie mark or even eyes you've digitally drawn - I can actually make them into an embroidery file so your plush is wonderfully unique!

Hair Options

Hair costs extra as hair surprisingly uses a lot of material due to the way it's cut

Anthro & Feral Hair

Mohawks - $10

Front hair only -$10

Front and back hair -$25

All hair is based of single colour, add $5 extra per additional colour & minky

Pony sona manes & tails

The base mane & tail is included in the base price, if you need additional colours its and extra $5 per colour - Mane's and tails use a bunch of fabric as they are quite large!

Plush Materials

All plushies are made from 1.5mm low pile minky, this is very short pile and extremely smooth to touch, all hair, feathers and additional details are made from this fabric

All plushies are stuffed with 100% brand new polyfill, and quilt batting is inside wings / small horns. spikes to give them a puffier sturdier look

All my minky comes from three places-

Please look at the swatch cards for all the colours I have to ensure they match your sona

Essential information I need from you!

You must provide a clear ref sheet- with the following-

Front view, Back View , no shading, any close ups of markings

Ref sheet's will not be accepted if they are not professionally laid out, missing back views, or not in correct form

Anthro - I need them in Anthro form

For feral - I need them in feral form

Without the correct ref details this makes it very difficult for me to break down and correctly get all the features on your plush

I highly recommend commissioning an artist to complete a ref sheet for you if you don't have the skills to complete one

Contact Info

Any submission without a valid social media account will be deleted. I ask for you insta / tik tok to have evidence you are a legit person, not a time waster - I simply look at your username and see if you have any posts / activity- this also ensures minors cant lie to have a suit made. (you know who you are!)

Telegram is my much preferred way to contact people for all commission, this is due to the timestamps on messages-

I don't like being ghosted- so this timestamps shows both parties if the message has been read, It's also a great platform with no distractions!

If you don't have any social media at all... well that's a hard no for any commissions-

after all how did you find me?

Non Refundable Amount

If for some reason you need to cancel your plush commission you will not be refunded the full amount, your refund will be minus $100 materials & time fee, my time isn’t free neither are the materials I’ve purchased, cut and sewn for your plush

If I haven't started or ordered anything for your plush I will refund you the full amount -

I don't need to hear the reason for cancellations- no guilt tripping or sharing info is needed

If you have paid half your plush and it’s finished but you decide to try and be nasty and not pay me... well good luck I’ll finish and the sell the suit as a pre-made also I will name and shame you ~

Payment Info

Payment plans are available- these are with PayPal pay in 4 instalments

I do NOT take bank transfers- or any other payment method that is not on my website, everything is done legally and has tax details for my business on my website.

After your quote and a fun convo about all the details, fur needed, bases - ect

I will create a listing for your first deposit which is HALF of the full total -

For example your plush costs $1400

You will have a custom listing to buy saying your name / your sona’s name for $700 this can be purchased using payment methods all on my website, you can pay in instalments with PayPal, or pay in full using any other payment method at checkout

Once this is paid I will begin printing your base, ordering fur if needed ect.

After your suit is complete and you’re happy with them the final payment -

the other half is listed for the final payement-

The same listing will be for $700 once paid in full, paid using PayPal instalments ect-

I will then post your suit and give you the tracking number

Turn around Time

I aim to have your plush completed within 4-5 weeks maximum once the materials have been received.

Please also keep in mind I like quite a few others have autoimmune disease - Diabetic tpye 1 which does actually effect everything, somedays I do need to take breaks due to flare ups - (of my other strange undiagnosed problems) So please keep this in mind I'm only human and a girly with expensive meds to pay ($300 a month currently) So be kind and try to understand If I don't message back within a day, I'm not ghosting you I might be laying like a Victorian era lady draped over a fainting couch ~

Any delays no matter how small I will always contact you about this!

My goal is have head commissions done within a month keep in mind this depends on the individual details (e.g a plush with 17 colours will take longer)

Please remember the working time for you commission goes like this-

Deposit listing - Paid - Materials Ordered- Material received- plush starts - Finished within the 4-5 week turn around time (most plush I can get done in 2 weeks.)

Postage

Fursuit post is a set rate of $30

Postage is tracked, express and fully insured to the full value of the item

No pick ups available, sorry I’m antisocial and won’t be having randoms showing up to my address!

Your item's are shipped as soon as you have fully paid for them, I ship from QLD - Rural Sunny Coast and most parcels arrive the same week I send them (some arrive within a day!)

No international postage at this time.

Character Design

Since your reading this far you’ve decided your character would suit my style of plushies my style is embroidered features, chibi and pastel! It’s also important to take note of my previous plushies to see what I create and if your character suits my style

I only make create that are my style, as you’ll notice I love pastels / bright colours- these colours are easy on my eyes to see what I’m creating and is one reason why I rarely use dark tones

I don’t make neutral / natural toned characters, this my preference as I simply don’t vibe with them, and don’t own minky colours that are neutral/ natural tones found on real animals
